Change For The Better Continued

Well I had hoped for a little more response.  Is anyone interested in changing or have you been there done that and nothing works for you so you give up.  What kind of attitude is that it sounds like me seventeen years ago.

That is just what I was saying no one cares about me and I can not change so I will continue doing what I do ruining other peoples lives because I am weak and have no will power.   

Sorry! That is right you must want to do something about a problem before it can be repaired to the best of your ability.  Anyway another part of this illness is health itself.  Do you take care of yourself and eat coarrectly and exercise.  

These are all tough parts of the well being of your life.  So lets do that get ourselves in tune with what we are about to take on for the sake of people we love.  So like I said earlier this is not a special treatment that you pay thousands of dollars. 

I could use the money.  Week one if you are not already doing it lets get a little more healthy.  We need to wake up each morning and hop in the shower or tub.  Moving on the the grooming department come our hair and brush our teeth.  

That is right start off on the right foot.  These are not hard things to do for some but for others it might take a miracle.  

I am not saying that you stink but you probably do so clean it up.    

Eating three meals a day or whatever you feel good about doing at this point.  Wow that is not what I meant at all do not fall back into that catagory of helplessness.  You are probably on the urge of having an attack.

Stopping in steps is good for some people.  The only way to know that is to try it for yourself. Remember I am not making you do a thing you make all the decisions.  What are you going to use to substitute your vice. 

Maybe its apiece of hard rock candy for that vice.  Maybe its the book of twelve steps if you need to call someone to make you feel bad.  The bottom line it is you who is still making all the decisions.  Some of us can only act in groups.

But you must realize that you are alone.  When you took that big step to get married it was just two people and the lord.  Now you are in the same position again and you must be strong.  Have you ever used a bandage filled with medicine to calm the pain.

You are now at the crossroads and you need to make a decision.  Change for the Better or the end of a long relationship.  What do you care about?  Lets look inside and ask again.  What do I want?  What are you willing to give!

Do you care about anything more than your vice?  

Changes For The Better

Have you ever thought that to yourself? What could you do to make a change for the better in your life. What vices do you have that are holding you down in life and career?

Smoking Drinking Cussing Cheating Lying Living someone elses life
Gambling Do not take Action Start but never finish They go on and on

But today lets do something for ourselves and that means me included. My vice is being overweight and it is so very hard to do everything the right way. Do I follow a weight loss program. Do I follow an exercise program. Do I eat better and watch the things I eat.

You can put your vice in where mine is just replace everything I say and do with the vice in your life that is holding you back in life. The thing is we are trying to punish ourselves, we need a way to solve a problem.

Lets start off slowly and work our way into a final goal that will be satisfactory for us all. I am going to have to take something away that is the problem cause of my weight problem. Are you all putting your vice in place of mine.

LETS MEET OUR GOAL

1. I must eat three to five meals per day. 2. I must regulate the amount of calories I intake.
3. I must drink at least 5 to 8 glasses of water per day. I must exercise for 15 minutes a day.

Whatever your vice is you definitely will fit into the regimen that I have outlined.

Your saying this guy is crazy how an I going to be able to fulfill all of these requirements.
This is not something that you can do overnight but if you follow each and every step that I will guide you through you will have a change for the better. All the things that you do everyone will notice and praise you for them.

Each and every step to this replacement formula is something that I have done to make my life change for the better.

The first week lets think of things to substitute our vice. What could you do with the time you normally use for this vice. Our what could you buy? How much could you save? If you made a change for the better!

One huge substitute for a lot of things is candy. (hard, soft, chocolate, flavored and all sugar free)
Does it matter how you think all these things out? NO IT REALLY DOES NOT MATTER

When we focus we form rules and ideas in our heads only the way that we understand. So the reason the solution has not worked for you up to this point. Is because you are trying to accomplish these problems using other peoples rules and thoughts right.

It that how you got to the place you are right now. I guess we could all say that someone else is to blame for the way our life has gone but it would be a lie.
